Processing your Registration

Please note registrations will not be approved straight away. Once approved you will recieve a confirmation email. Please contact the registrar if you have further queries – registrar@callies.com.au

All Player registrations are to be done through the PlayFootball website which can be found via the link below. 

Please select re-registering for the season and search Bassendean Caledonian Soccer club. 

Please refer to the How-To-Guides below on how to register and process. 

If you encounter any difficulties during registration in PlayFootball, please contact the FFA help desk 10am – 3pm (AEST) on 02 8880 7983.

Please note: 

Junior Players – Parents must have a PlayFootball Account to register any player U18 years.  If new, please follow the document to create an account first, then follow the process to register to play.

If re-registering, you need to use the same email address you registered your child with previously to ensure all players are linked to your PlayFootball Account.

PLEASE SELECT THE PACKAGE FOR THE AGE OF YOUR CHILD. Packages are based on childs age, they will be placed in appropriate age groups on our end. (i.e 17 year old will select 17s package but play U18s).

Senior players – All players 18+ require a playfootball account to register. If new, please follow the document to create an account first, then follow the process to register to play.

Terms & Conditions & Code of Conduct

All members registering with Bassendean Caledonian SC are required to abide by the Club’s Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct at all times. These documents are provided within the online registration platform, and members must acknowledge that they have been read, understood, and accepted before their registration can be completed..

Uploading Photos

All Junior 13- 18 & Senior players must have a recent photo uploaded to the system. The photo should be withing the last 12 months.

U13s – Seniors are expected to present rego cards when requested by other club managers during a match.

DOB checks for all NEW junior players will be required to confrim age groups, before registration is approved. 

Junior Sibling Discount

A sibling discount of $85 for the 2nd and subsequent siblings will be provided when you are registering your children under the same (parent) PlayFootball account. Please note that if you register your children using a separate PlayFootball account, the sibling discount will not be applicable.

If you do this, the club cannot refund you due to the time consuming and onerous manual administration activities involved for our volunteer run club.

Sibling discouts are provided via codes that will need to be submitted at the time of registration. If you have you are eligable for a sibling discount, please contact our registrar at registrar@callies.com.au and provide all player details.

Volunteering & Fundraising

As per previous seasons, all families are required to contribute to the running of our community Club. We ask for a family member to assist with the below roles during the season as well as fundraising activities whilst we keep our fees low and be able to cover costs for our players.  Emails will be sent out regarding volunteering and your allocations once registrations and teams have been finalized.  

1. Canteen Roster /Bar roster on Sunday Match days.
2. Team managers
3. Game day leader (ref for teams U6 – U12s)
4. Additional roles – please speak to club

Levys will apply if you do not wish to participate, and the club will need to be notified at the time of registration. 

Volunteering $100  | Funraising $50

MiniRoos 6-12s teams require parents, older siblings or other family members to help coach manage these teams.
